GENERAL ROLE OF POSITION:  Provide high level administrative support to the officeReporting to the Controlling Manager, the role includes assisting the controlling and budgeting function, as well as supporting various improvement projects in controlling and finance with cross functional interactions; also supports corporate accounting as needed.




  • Prepare and update monthly Variable Margin forecasting of products
  • Update product cost estimate on a monthly basis.
  • Review and update Formula pricing tool with raw material costs
  • Participate in interim and year-end audits and prepare audit schedules.
  • Reconcile and manage assigned GL accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of budget process
  • Assist on projects supporting business case simulations, analysis and provide support to marketing team
  • Assist other adhoc projects in the controlling area



  • Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting/Finance) with basic finance experience
  • Basic understanding of finance/cost accounting concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good documentation and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Results oriented and ability to work within a self-regulated team environment



  • Prior knowledge of SAP or ERP is a plus
  • High sense of accountability and responsibility
  • High motivation in learning and developing new skills
  • Adaptability to change and improvements in the relevant area
